Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.
Our App uses various tracking technologies to enhance user experience, improve App performance, and deliver personalized content and advertisements. The information collected through tracking technologies helps us better understand how our App is used, identify areas for improvement, monitor App performance, and tailor the shops, content, and ads that are most relevant to you.
Definitions
- Company (referred to as either āRevampologist LLCā, āRevampologistā, āKareen Walshā, the registered mark āHey Kareenā, "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in these Terms) refers to Revampologist LLC.
- You or User(s) means the individual(s) accessing this Website, the Service, the App, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Website or Site refers to the following sites: https://www.revampologist.com/; https://www.kareenwalsh.com/; https://www.heykareen.com/ and all of their affiliated pages, Policies, and Disclaimers.
- App or Mobile Application refers to the mobile application Hey KareenĀ® that members may use for correspondence with the chat featuring our AI Clone Kareen who uses proprietary information from our founderās teachings and coaching and adapted with AI technology to enhance the experience for members. Further uses of the Hey KareenĀ® App include coaching programs, podcasts, books, and other business training.
Examples of Tracking
As you navigate through and interact with our App, we may use tracking technologies to recognize your network or device, learn more about your interests, and collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to our App including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the App.
- Information about your device and cellular or wireless Internet connection including your IP address, operating system, and browser settings.
The information we collect automatically may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our App and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
- Provide essential features and services by estimating our audience size and usage patterns, improving security, and preventing fraudulent activity.
- Store information about your preferences, allowing us to understand your specified interests and customize App activity according to those interests.
- Speed up your searches.
- Recognize you as a guest user when you return to our App.
- Deliver content, including ads, relevant to your interests on third-party sides.
- Analyze the performance of our App service and compile aggregate data to provide you with increasingly better App experiences.
- Share device location data or email lists with a data broker as allowed by law.

The following are not considered tracking:
- When the data is linked solely to the end-userās device and is not sent off the device in a way that can identify the end-user or device.
- When the data broker uses the data shared with them solely for fraud detection, prevention, or security purposes.
- When the data broker is a consumer reporting agency, and the data is shared with them for the purposes of:
- Reporting on a consumerās creditworthiness or
- Obtaining information on a consumerās creditworthiness for the specific purpose of making a credit determination.
- When the User submits questions or responses via video or audio that will be saved by our App for the above-listed purposes.
Tracking Technologies
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
Tracking Pixels. Tracking pixels are tiny, transparent images embedded within emails, websites, and mobile applications. These tools play a significant role in collecting and sending information. When a user accesses content that contains a tracking pixel, information about the userās interaction is sent back to the server. You may take steps to disable or mitigate the impact of tracking pixels in a mobile app by adjusting the permissions for each app to limit access to certain data or functionalities or opting for apps and services known for limiting tracking. Adjusting permissions alone though may not directly affect the tracking pixels embedded within ads or app content. Further, adjusting permissions may affect your navigation of our App and access to all of our Appās pages.
Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer by a site or its service provider. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate settings on your web browser. However, if you select this setting, some features on our App may be disabled and it may affect your experience by preventing some of the App or Website services from functioning properly; though, you may still place orders. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Website.
Flash Cookies. Certain features of our App may use locally stored objects (or Flash cookies) to collect and store information about your preferences and navigation to, from, and on our App. Flash cookies are not managed by the same browser settings as are used for browser cookies. Beacons. Pages of our App and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages, opened an email, and for other related App statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain App content and verifying system and server integrity).
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the App are served by third parties including advertisers; ad networks and servers; search engines; content, measurement, and analytics providers; and application providers. These third parties may use tracking pixels alone or in conjunction with beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our App. The information they collect may be associated with your personal information and they may collect additional information about your online activities over time and across different Apps and other online services. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content as permitted by law.
We do not control these third partiesā tracking technologies or how they may be used. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data, or request portability of your personal data. Data Retention
