Revampologist LLC, (ā€œRevampologistā€, ā€œHey KareenĀ®ā€, ā€œCompanyā€, ā€œUsā€, or ā€œWeā€) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy.

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you download or use this Mobile Application and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Policy applies to the information we collect, use, share, and store:    

  • On this App.
  • In chat, email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this App.
  • Through non-browser-based interactions between you and this App.
  • Through our online Site and any applicable physical stores, and applications.
  • When you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party apps and services those applications or advertising include links to this Policy.

Exceptions to this Policy include information collected by:

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other App operated by the Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or
  • Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on the App.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to download or use our App. By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy Policy). Your continued use of this App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.

2. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the conditions specified in the below 'Definitions' section. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Company (referred to as either ā€œRevampologist LLCā€, ā€œRevampologistā€, ā€œKareen Walshā€, the registered mark ā€œHey Kareenā€, "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in these Terms) refers to Revampologist LLC.
  • You or User(s) means the individual(s) accessing this Website, the Service, the App, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Website or Site refers to the following sites: https://www.revampologist.com/; https://www.kareenwalsh.com/; https://www.heykareen.com/ and all of their affiliated pages, Policies, and Disclaimers.
  • App or Mobile Application refers to the mobile application Hey KareenĀ® that members may use for correspondence with the chat featuring our AI Clone Kareen who uses proprietary information from our founderā€™s teachings and coaching and adapted with AI technology to enhance the experience for members. Further uses of the Hey KareenĀ® App include coaching programs, podcasts, books, and other business training.

3. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the 'Last Update' date at the top of this Policy.

4. Children Under the Age of 18
Our App is not directed at children under 18 years of age. No one under the age of 18 may provide any information to or on the App. In certain cases, this age may be higher due to local laws and regulatory requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 18, please refrain from using this App or providing any information on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 5. Explicit Consent

We collect your personal information with your consent, which is obtained when you fill out forms on our App, subscribe to our services, or interact with our App in ways that imply your consent. We will always ask for your consent before collecting any sensitive personal information.

6. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our App, including information:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, company name, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted or identified online or offline (ā€œpersonal informationā€);
  • That is about you but individually does not identify you; 
  • About your wireless or cellular network connection, the equipment you use to access our App, usage details; and/or
  • Audio and video recordings.

We collect this information.

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically as you navigate through the App. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through ā€œcookiesā€, web beacons, and other tracking technologies.

7. Information You Provide to Us.  

The information we collect on or through our App may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our App or signing up to the App. This includes information provided at the time of registering with an App Store, subscribing to our service, posting material, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our App.
  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us.
  • Your account information and user content which may include the content you post on our App including photographs, videos, and other auction information you make, and the associated metadata such as when, where, and by whom the posting was created.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Automatic information, including information about your interaction with posted products, our content, and the services we make available. Like many Apps, we use cookies and other unique identifiers, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses our services and content.
  • Information we receive about you from other third-party sources that may help us offer users customized experiences.
  • Your search queries on the App and other usage information.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, ā€œpostedā€) in public areas of the App or transmitted to other users of the App or third parties, including the creator of our AI program, Delphy, (collectively, ā€œUser Contributionsā€). 

8. Security Measures

We take steps to ensure that your information is stored securely and in accordance with this Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of any information via the Internet is not completely secure. Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. However, we will take reasonable measures to protect the security and privacy of your User Contributions. Although we limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other App users or the related Site with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. Company uses industry-standard best practices to protect your Personal Information, but WE CANNOT REPRESENT, WARRANT, AND/OR GUARANTEE THAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL REMAIN SECURE. We retain your personal information indefinitely for sales and marketing purposes or until you request its deletion by emailing Ask@heykareen.com. 

9. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • To present our App and its contents to you.
  • To provide you with the content you purchase, download, or want to update in your App.
  • To provide you with information or services that you request from us.
  • To provide you with notices about your account, including expiration and renewal notices.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • To notify you about changes to our App or any products or services we offer or provide through it.
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features on our App.
  • To provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of our App.
  • In certain cases, to comply with laws; for instance, we may collect personal or financial information for identity verification and other purposes.
  • To offer advertising to ensure that ads on this App, where available, are relevant to you.
  • To personalize your experience with our Services and App.
  • To aggregate our marketing lists and market to users as we see fit.
  • To respond to customer service requests.
  • To find ways to improve our App, we may use information about your browsing, purchases, searches, and downloads. These records may be stored with IP addresses and your app store ID when you are signed into the App.
  • In any other way that we may describe when you provide the information.
  • For any other purpose with your consent.

We may also use your information to contact you about features, products, items, goods, and services for sale that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please submit an opt-out and/or unsubscribe request via the link at the bottom of any email you may receive from Us or send an email requesting an opt-out to Ask@heykareen.com. 

We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements to our advertisersā€™ target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume that you meet its target criteria.

10. Disclosure of Your Information
We may use aggregated, non-identifiable information about our users for purposes such as improving our services, conducting research, and marketing.

We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide, as described in this Privacy Policy:

  • To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To contractors, service providers, third parties, companies, and individuals to perform functions on our behalf and to support our business.
  • To advertisers, advertising networks, measurement partners, brokers, and companies in order to better personalize your buying and selling experiences on our App. We ensure that any such sharing is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and we take measures to safeguard the privacy and security of users' personal information during such transactions.
  • In the event of a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets, your personal information may be among the assets transferred. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our App of any such change in ownership or use of your personal information.
  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
  • With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our customers, or others. This may include but is not limited to exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction. 
  • After obtaining express written consent from you, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. 
  • We may share your personal information with our customer relationship management (CRM) system for business purposes, such as improving our services and understanding user behavior. These third parties are not allowed to use your personal information for any other purposes.

11. Where We Store Your Information

Your information may be stored on servers inside and outside your country of residence such as the United States or any countries used by third parties in order to bring you our services wherever you are.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data associated with your accounts, purchases, searches, and uploads on the App on our servers for an indefinite time. The period chosen takes account of applicable legal requirements to retain data and specific business use cases. 

We do not retain payment information, rather use Google Play or the Apple App Store, which are third parties, to process payments and maintain that information. You may review the official Privacy Policies of either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to learn about their retention policies and your related rights.

13. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information: 

  • Tracking Technologies and Advertising. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of this App may then be inaccessible or not function properly. Access our full Tracking Policy here.
  • Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for promotional purposes, you may opt out by submitting an opt-out and/or unsubscribe request via the link at the bottom of each email you may receive from Us.
  • Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by the Company to promote our own or third parties' products or services, you may opt-out by submitting an opt-out and/or unsubscribe request via the link at the bottom of each email you may receive from Us. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may opt out of future promotional offers by submitting an opt-out and/or unsubscribe request via the link at the bottom of each email you may receive from Us. You may also send an email to our support team at Ask@heykareen.com asking to be omitted from future email distributions.
  • Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that you provide to us to deliver advertisements according to our advertisersā€™ target-audience preferences, you may opt out by submitting an opt-out and/or unsubscribe request via the link at the bottom of each email you may receive from Us.
  • Opt-Out Process. You have the right to opt out of our mailing list at any time. Once you choose to opt-out, your request will be processed immediately (no later than 3 days), and you will no longer receive marketing communications from us.

We do not control third partiesā€™ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (ā€œNAIā€) on the NAI's App.

We may purchase mailing lists from third parties for marketing purposes. We ensure that these third parties have obtained the proper consent by law before providing us with any contact information that is used for advertisement only.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: Ask@heykareen.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statuteā€™s opt-out requirements.

14. Push Notifications

If you have downloaded a version of an App that supports push notifications, have enabled notifications through settings in your Device, and opted for the Paid Version of our App, you will automatically receive push notifications. If you want to stop receiving push notifications, you can turn them off at any time by going to your Device settings and changing your notification preferences. Push notifications may not be received by you in a timely manner or at all, for example, if your Device is turned off or you do not have connectivity. Push notifications may contain personal information and anyone with access to your Device may be able to view your push notifications.

15. Tracking

Our app uses various tracking technologies to enhance user experience, improve app performance, and deliver personalized content and advertisements. Please read our Tracking and User Control Policy, End User License Agreement, Disclaimers, and Terms and Conditions to understand your rights and how these technologies affect you.

16. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our usersā€™ personal information, we will notify you via email to the primary email address specified in your account or through a notice on the App home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our App and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
